Adrian came into stand up comedy in 1999. He was already an accomplished actor and started to experiment with stand up. Within months he became a finalist in the Daily Telegraph Open Mic Awards and the Jongleurs best new act Award. Adrian followed this with the Hackney Empire Best New act Award and was asked to appear on BBC1's Football Focus.
Adrian has now made a name for himself as a much sought after live act and has performed at all of the UK’s major stand up venues including The Comedy Store, The Glee Club and Up the Creek. His fun, engaging style mixes freeform improvisation with a writer's eye for detail in unique and riotous storytelling.

His well honed material, improvisational skill and infectious warmth have made him a great compere and is regularly used in all the best clubs around the country and for TV warm up as he can get laughter out of the most stone-faced audience. Adrian is also an accomplished writer and as well as having a sit-com in development has written for various shows for Disney amongst others.

In 2003 Adrian had a sell out run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with his play ‘A Very Naughty Boy’, a play about the turbulent life of Graham Chapman of Monty Python fame. This received great reviews for his script writing and performance. This prompted a very successful tour of the play and a run in London’s Soho Theatre in the West End and a film version is currently in production. Adrian returned to the festival with his play ‘Success’ which was also very well received.
