Sy Thomas

Sy Thomas performs stand-up throughout the UK and is resident host at 'Falling Down with Laughter' in London Bridge, one of the city's best regarded small comedy venues.

Sy also performes sketch comedy, character comedy and improv on the circuit, and has acted in various fringe favourites 'Newsrevue' at the Canal Café, 'Shakespeare for Breakfast' at C-Venues, Edinburgh, and 'Shakespeare for Christmas' at The Pleasance, London. He is also a founding member of up-and-coming sketch group 'Cat of the Week'.

Sy travelled 4000 miles through West Africa, across 8 countries and the Sahara desert in a banger he bought for £100 in the 'Plymouth to Banjul Challenge' which was filmed for the accompanying film; ‘End of the road’ for Swift Films.

Most recently Sy has been working as a TV presenter for Nickelodeon. He began playing small comedy character roles on Nick's breakfast show 'The Crunch', but before long was presenting the hugely-popular live show 'ME:TV', which subsequently won a BAFTA (although admittedly this had little to do with Sy's gooning around).
